I wasn't sure if I should address the the fact that my blogs have been on an extended hiatus. Ultimately, I concluded as a member of my Email list, Reader, that you might like to hear from me.

The truth is, I don't really have a good reason for my absence other than life has been lifing. Behind the scenes, I've been trying to draft some posts and get them scheduled so that I could make a return to blogging this fall. However, I'm coming to the conclusion that this probably won't be feasible.

If you're unaware, I am going into my final year of grad school. In typical Sage fashion, I probably have myself signed up for more than I can handle. In addition to my classes, I'll be doing an internship and preparing to take a licensing exam in the spring. It's probably not realistic to think I'll be able to juggle blogging as well.

Despite appearances, I do really want to have some sort of regular blogging schedule. I feel bad posting and then falling off the face of the earth.

My goal for this fall is to try to build up a catalog of posts that can go live sometime in the near year. By that point, I should have a better sense of my schedule and can maybe carve out a routine that includes both school and blogging.

So that's life. Until 2027...
